NEW Chocolate flavors - For a limited time
Do you enjoy the minty, lime taste of a great Mojito? How about the sweet, tangy taste of Key Lime Pie?
Beginning this coming weekend, we will have 2 new and exciting chocolates. We are constantly adding to our repertoire of all natural chocolates and our newest are dark chocolate with a Mojito filling and dark chocolate with a Key Lime filling. We are sure you will enjoy these newest additions.
Come in and try one or both of our exciting new flavors! Mention this blog entry in our store through the end of the month and you will get 10% off these new chocolates.

DNC Green Committee Recognizes our "green chocolate"
The Belvedere Belgian Chocolate Shop - Boulder has been recognized by the DNC Green Committee for our efforts to do our part for the environment. Usually green chocolate is not good, but in our case it is a great thing for the environment.
We have been chosen as one of the businesses the DNC will be highlighting to visiting media outlets as an example of how any business can do the right thing. We have been 100% wind powered throught Xcel Energy for about 2 years and we are also PACE certified by Boulder County.
We use corn based (PLA) cold cups, recyclable paperboard boxes, paper coffee cups, and our lighting ia approximatley 99% florescent bulbs. We also use environmentally friendly cleaners and detergents to also save our employees. Our employees are encourage to use mass transit or walk/bike to work. We also actively recycle paper, glass, plastics, and cardboard.
REMEMBER: It is easy to be green!

Welcome to the blog for Belvedere Belgian Chocolate Shop - Boulder. We are a premium quality, all natural, Belgian style chocolate shop. In addition to the best quality chocolates around, we also sell and serve a locally roasted, organic and fair trade espresso.
The wine tasting counter for Bookcliff Vineyards is co-located in our store, so we are the only place in downtown Boulder, Colorado that you can have chocolate, espresso, and wine!

Summertime Treats
Come in and enjoy our Froz'n Hot Chocolate(TM) or one of our slushes or granitas made from real fruit!
Our Froz'n Hot Chocolate(TM) is a treat not to miss. It is our own recipe using local hormone free milk and our all natural Belgian chocolate. The mixture is then frozen to a slushie consistency you can enjoy on warm summer days. We don't add sugar beyond what is already in the chocolate, so all you taste is rich, delicious Belgian chocolate.
New this year - we are serving a rotating selection of natural fruit slushes, such as the following:
- Acai, Pomogranate, Blueberry with Yerba Mate
- Strawberry, Banana
- Kiwi, Banana
- Mandarin Orange, Passion Fruit
You can even try our Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and mix it with Bookcliff Vineyards' Touch of Red wine for an out of this world wine cooler.
We will be offering slushie coffee drinks (similar to a frapp****, only better), so stay tuned.
